Douglas Fairbanks Sr. stars as lone survivor of a ship pillaged by buccaneers poses as the mysterious “black pirate” and infiltrates the nest of bandits. He mounts an elaborate ploy to recover the treasure, reclaim the ship and rescue the damsel in distress.
