Penn State will appear on four prime-time college football games involving Big Ten Conference opponents this fall.

The Nittany Lions' Sept. 27 game against Illinois at Beaver Stadium will air at 8 p.m., and the Oct. 18 contest against Michigan will be shown at 4:30 p.m..

Two Penn State road games -- Oct. 11 at Wisconsin and Oct. 25 at Ohio State -- are slated for 8 p.m.

The games will air on ABC, ESPN or ESPN2.
