A Canonsburg man who was found shot to death a month ago in his car in Washington County died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Washington County Coroner Tim Warco ruled over the weekend that the death of Brian Scott Price Sr. was a suicide.

Mr. Price, 37, was found on the afternoon of Sept. 4 in his car in the 1400 block of Washington Road near Racetrack Road in North Strabane. He had suffered a single gunshot wound of the head.

Mr. Warco previously determined the wound had been inflicted sometime between 11:45 a.m. and 2:20 p.m. that day.

He was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:07 p.m.
