All county, state and federal offices and courts are closed tomorrow in observance of Columbus Day. City offices will be open, and garbage collection will occur on the regular schedule.

Port Authority transit service will run on regular schedules. State Department of Transportation driver's license and photo centers will be closed.

There will be no mail delivery, except for Express mail. State liquor stores are open.
