Deborah Paige, 48, of Carnegie, was charged Friday with three counts of possession of crack cocaine, three counts of possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver, three counts of delivery of crack cocaine, three counts of criminal use of a communication facility, and two counts of criminal conspiracy.
Clifford D. Brice, 40, also of Carnegie, was charged three days later with two counts each of possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, delivery of crack cocaine and criminal use of a communication facility.
The offenses date back to September.
Ronald G. Shaw, 66, of Oakdale, was charged last Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road on Jefferson Street.

A man entered a home in the 1500 block of Barr Avenue through a rear unlocked door on Saturday. When he was confronted by the resident, he claimed he was from Equitable Gas and needed to check the meters.
