A Bedford man faces sexual assault charges in connection with the July rape of a 10-year-old girl, state police said Tuesday.

Duane Joseph Phllip Hann Sr., 31, is charged with one count of rape, one count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and one count of indecent assault in the July 12 incident, which police said happened at a home in Colerain, Bedford County.

He was arraigned Tuesday and held in jail on $75,000 bond.
