The Parkway North high occupancy vehicle lane was closed today because of icy conditions.

State police say freezing temperatures and light precipitation overnight combined to create black ice that led to at least one crash this morning.

Temperatures were expected to climb into the high 40s later today, so officials expect the lanes to be open for the afternoon rush hour.
